WOMEN COME TOGETHER TO DEVELOP ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT GROUPS
Water Is Life International creates an environment and provides the structure for self-organized learning and economic development through community-managed Sustainable Living Networks. These Networks are an informal association of village Sustainable Living Teams (SLTs). An SLT is a group of people in a village who gather voluntarily to learn how to increase household income and well-being through the disciplines of saving and loaning their own money.

critical government agencies is created to serve each Network. These relationships
establish linkages that allow access to governmental resources and influence in
policy decisions affecting the Network.
