Paulos is the program leader for Water is Life International and the Deputy General Manager for Selam Awassa Business Group. He was raised in the Selam orphanage in Addis Ababa and trained in General Mechanics at the Selam Vocational Training College.

Samuel is the survey team leader for Water is Life International. He graduated from Addis Ababa university with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He is also trained in health and sanitation education. He lives with his family in Awassa, Ethiopia.
Kelly, born and raised in East Africa, has a degree in Child Development and Family Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is currently one of the country coordinators for Water is Life.
Yared is the Chief Well Driller and Drill Team Leader for Selam Water is Life. He was orphaned during the Eritrean war and was trained at the Selam Vocational Training College in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Ben is one of the Ethiopia country coordinators for Water is Life International. He is a native of North Carolina and graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with a degree in Business Administration. He lives and works with his wife in Awassa, Ethiopia
